• Divorce called “an application for a decree nisi”. You need to be apart for more than 12 months before you can officially be divorced.
• An application for final orders for a division of property. Property means everything owned by them or each of them.
• Residence, contact and welfare of the children. This aspect of the divorce process is usually the most time consuming as it is also the most emotional.
